We make wine boxes. Not off-the-shelf boxes that force your bottle into a generic cavity, but boxes built around your bottle, your brand, and your distribution. A wine box has one job: hold the bottle so it arrives looking the way it left our floor. Everything else, the paper, the finish, the insert, the structure, is a decision you make with our engineers. We are a factory, so those decisions happen over a drawing, not a catalogue page.

What we control
Board standard
We use greyboard at 1200 g minimum, 1400 g recommended for spirits. Facing paper starts at 157 g specialty or coated. No recycled greyboard, no high-moisture paper.
Insert rule
The bottle is held at four points. No unsupported neck or shoulder. We shake for 10 seconds, tilt 45 degrees, and invert. No movement, no slide, no release.
Control tolerances
Insert tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm, box body plus or minus 2 mm. Foldable boxes: creases must not crack, magnets within 1 mm, corners at 90 degrees.
Pre-shipment checks
In-house checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop test with bottle loaded, top load of 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and vibration simulation. Bottle must not move.
Why work with us
You're buying from the factory that makes the box. That means when you ask about board thickness, insert fit, or magnet placement, you get an answer from the person who sets the machine, not a middleman reading a spec sheet. We control the greyboard, the facing paper, the insert tolerance, and the final packing. We've shipped to customers in over 30 countries, mostly Europe and North America, so we know what a box has to survive: courier vans, sea containers, warehouse racks, and a customer opening it at the kitchen table.
We also know where boxes fail. A neck that rattles in the insert. A hinge that cracks when the lid is opened too far. A magnet that's off by two millimetres and lets the lid drift. We test for those failures before the box leaves. Our in-house checks include a 1.2 metre six-face drop with the bottle loaded, a stacking load of 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and vibration simulation for truck and sea transit. If the bottle moves, we fix the insert. That's the job.

Single-Bottle Spirits Gift Box
A single-bottle spirits gift box has to fit the bottle you actually have, not the capacity on the label. Whisky, brandy, and tequila vary in height, shoulder, and diameter even at the same 750 ml. We size inserts from your physical bottle sample, hold it at four points, and test it before it ships. This solution suits premium gifting, collector editions, and retail shelf displays.
Two-Bottle Double-Door Presentation Box
This is a rigid double-door box that presents two bottles side by side, labels facing forward, the moment the doors open. Foldable Export Wine Box
A foldable export wine box gives you a rigid presentation box that ships flat and erects in your warehouse, so you stop paying to ship and store air. It suits buyers who fill boxes locally against a sales schedule and who want the look of a rigid box without the container cost. The catch is that creases, magnet placement and corner squareness have to be proven on a physical sample. That is what we test before you commit.
Questions buyers ask
What's the difference between a rigid box and a folding box for wine?
A rigid box has a greyboard core wrapped in paper, so it holds its shape and feels substantial. It costs more and ships flat with assembly at our end. A folding box is die-cut and creased, ships flat, and erects quickly. For retail shelves, rigid wins. For mail order or tight budgets, folding is often the better call. Both take custom print and inserts.
How do I make sure the bottle won't rattle in the box?
Send us the bottle or its exact dimensions. We design the insert around it, usually a velvet tray, EVA foam, blister, or moulded pulp. The rule is four-point contact: no unsupported neck or shoulder. We test with a 10-second shake, a 45-degree tilt, and an inversion. If the bottle moves, the insert is redone before production.
Can you match a specific Pantone colour on the box?
Yes, we match Pantone references and control colour through first-article approval and mid-run sampling. Black, deep blue, and burgundy are the hardest to hold consistently, so we pay extra attention to those. If your brand uses one of those, we'll flag it early and show you physical proofs before the run.
