How the set is built

The box starts with your bottle dimensions or a physical sample. We then pick the board and facing paper. Greyboard is 1200 g minimum, 1400 g if the bottle is heavy. Facing paper is at least 157 g specialty or coated stock. No recycled greyboard, no high-moisture paper. That keeps corners crisp and prevents warping in humid conditions.

The paper bag is cut and folded to match the box dimensions, so the box slides in without forcing and doesn't rattle around. Handles are attached after printing. If you choose a rigid box, the lid and base are made separately and wrapped. If you choose a foldable box, creases are scored so they don't crack when erected.

Bottle fit and carrying

The insert is the part that holds the bottle. We follow our standard rule: the bottle is held at four points, with no unsupported neck or shoulder. That means the bottle doesn't rest on its cap or lean against the sidewall. Our checks are simple and repeatable. Shake the closed box for 10 seconds: no movement. Tilt it 45 degrees: no slide. Invert it: no release. Control tolerance for the insert is plus or minus 1 mm, and for the box body plus or minus 2 mm. The paper bag is checked with the loaded box inside. If the bag sags or the handles strain, we adjust the board weight or handle attachment before production.

Send us the bottle dimensions or a physical sample. We build the insert around your specific bottle, not a generic cavity. The same four-point hold rule and fit checks apply, so the bottle won't shift regardless of shoulder height or punt depth.
