Who we are

The legal entity is Yiwu Jialan Package Co., Ltd. Do not look for a separate factory behind the brand. There is not one. Jialan Package is the name on the door and on the invoice. We have been at this since 2014, and the company has always been in Yiwu. That matters because Yiwu is where packaging supply chains live. Greyboard mills, paper converters, magnet vendors, foam cutters. They are all within a short drive, which means we can pull a sample together without waiting on freight from three provinces away.

This site is not a general packaging catalogue. It is our range for one core term: wine box. We built it that way on purpose. A buyer searching for a wine box should not have to page through cosmetic cases and candle boxes to find the one structure they need. Everything here is a wine box or a bag that goes with one. If you need something outside that range, ask. But this site is the focused version.

What we make

We make wine boxes and wine bags. On the box side, that means wooden boxes, cardboard and rigid boxes, leather boxes, shipping boxes, and gift boxes. Within those materials we run the structures buyers actually ask for: lid-and-base rigid boxes, magnetic closure, drawer style, foldable, double-door, and boxes with handles. Inserts are a separate decision. We offer velvet trays, EVA foam, blister, and paper mould. The insert is not an afterthought. It is what holds the bottle still.

Materials are chosen for the job. Greyboard at 1200 g minimum, 1400 g for spirits. Facing paper at 157 g minimum, specialty or coated. No recycled greyboard, no high-moisture paper. Those are not marketing claims. They are specs we write into the quote. For bags, we make paper, felt and canvas, leather, and Christmas styles. A bag is often the cheaper add-on that makes a box set feel complete.

How we work with buyers

We are an OEM/ODM shop. That means you can send a finished box and say 'copy this but better', or you can send a bottle and a rough sketch. We do design support, structure development, material selection, printing and finishing. The process is eight steps: consultation, design confirmation, plate making and proofing, machine printing, machine lamination, machine box making, hand assembly, then quality inspection and packing. Most of it is machine work. The hand assembly is where the insert goes in and the magnet gets checked.

To start, send box dimensions or a bottle sample, a reference design, quantity, and any special requirements. We make two sample types. A blank sample shows structure only. A printed sample shows the visual. You approve before mass production. Our control tolerances are plus or minus 1 mm on inserts, plus or minus 2 mm on the box body. Foldable boxes have creases that must not crack, magnet position within 1 mm, and corners at 90 degrees when erected. Our in-house checks include a 1.2 m six-face drop test with the bottle loaded, a stacking top load of 40 kg or more for 24 hours, and truck and sea vibration simulation. No internal movement. That is the standard we hold ourselves to, and we do not call it anything fancier than that.
