Wine Packaging Solutions
How we approach the five briefs we see most often: structure, board, insert and the checks that keep a run consistent.

Single-Bottle Spirits Gift Box
A single-bottle spirits gift box has to fit the bottle you actually have, not the capacity on the label. Whisky, brandy, and tequila vary in height, shoulder, and diameter even at the same 750 ml. We size inserts from your physical bottle sample, hold it at four points, and test it before it ships. This solution suits premium gifting, collector editions, and retail shelf displays.

Two-Bottle Double-Door Presentation Box
This is a rigid double-door box that presents two bottles side by side, labels facing forward, the moment the doors open. It's built for corporate gifting where the reveal matters and where the inside of the doors carries a message, origin notes, or a client name. You'd choose it when two bottles are the gift and the box is part of the pitch.

Foldable Export Wine Box
A foldable export wine box gives you a rigid presentation box that ships flat and erects in your warehouse, so you stop paying to ship and store air. It suits buyers who fill boxes locally against a sales schedule and who want the look of a rigid box without the container cost. The catch is that creases, magnet placement and corner squareness have to be proven on a physical sample. That is what we test before you commit.

Multi-Bottle and In-Store Packing
This is packing built for retail volume and seasonal sets, where structure, stacking and cost lead. If your bottles get packed in store, operator handling is part of the design problem. We'll cover load limits, handle reinforcement, foolproof dividers and window checks. Buyers who need a 4 or 6 bottle magnetic box or a windowed corrugated carrier will get the most from this page.

Sustainable Wine Packaging
Most sustainable wine packaging fails because the designer swaps EVA for recycled material and changes nothing else. Paper-based inserts rebound less and locate less precisely, so the box structure has to do the work. You need neck capture, base support, four-point contact, and angled location. Get that right and the material gap stops mattering. This page tells you which materials we recommend, which we don't, and how to specify the job so it survives freight.

Black Wine Box
A black wine box is a presentation box finished in black facing paper or printed black over the board. It suits spirits, premium still wine and gift sets where the bottle is the hero and the box stays quiet. Any of our six structures and any of the four insert types work in black. The catch is colour: black, deep blue and burgundy are the three hardest to hold across a run.

Wine Case Box
A wine case box holds several bottles in one box, for presenting a set on a shelf, gifting a set, or keeping bottles together for storage and transport. It suits buyers building a multi bottle SKU where the box has to look right on display and still survive the trip. Two layouts dominate: bottles standing upright side by side, or lying in a tray. Get the real bottle measurements first, because the case size follows the bottle, not the nominal volume.

Wine Display Box
A display box has to work with the lid open and with people handling it. Three builds cover it: a window that shows the bottle and label without opening the box, a lid or door that stays open on its own, and a keepsake box that is itself the display piece and gets kept after the wine is gone. This page covers the board, the insert, the fit checks and what to send for a quote.
