Customisation

You can print a logo on the lid, sides, or inside. We can change the colour from red or orange to a brand colour, adjust the dimensions to fit a different bottle shape, or add a custom insert like a velvet tray or EVA foam. Hot stamping, UV printing, and embossing are all on the table. Blank samples show the structure, and printed samples show the visual finish before mass production.

How the box is built

The body is rigid cardboard faced with specialty paper. That combination gives the box enough stiffness to protect bottles without feeling heavy. Our board standard is greyboard at 1200 g minimum, with facing paper at 157 g minimum. We don't use recycled greyboard or high-moisture paper. Those cause warping and weak corners.

The lid is attached with a hinge and closes magnetically. Magnet position is held to plus or minus 1 mm. Corners are checked to sit at 90 degrees when the box is erected. The handle is fixed into the structure, not glued on as an afterthought. Hot stamping, UV printing, and embossing are available for the logo and any text on the lid or sides.

Bottle fit and carrying

The insert holds each bottle at four points, with no unsupported neck or shoulder. That rule applies whether you order the four-bottle or six-bottle version. Our control tolerance on inserts is plus or minus 1 mm, and the box body is plus or minus 2 mm. Before shipping, we run our in-house checks: shake the loaded box for 10 seconds and confirm no movement, tilt it 45 degrees and confirm no slide, invert it and confirm no release. The handle is load-bearing, so the box can be carried by hand without stressing the lid or the corners.

Yes, the handle is integrated into the rigid cardboard structure, not just glued to the lid. We test the loaded box with a 1.2 m six-face drop and a top load of 40 kg or more for 24 hours, so the handle and body are checked together.

What is the difference between the ready-stock red and orange boxes and a custom order?

Ready-stock boxes in red and orange are already produced, so they ship faster. A custom order means we print your logo, change the colour, adjust the size, or add a different insert. Custom orders start with a design confirmation and a sample before mass production.
