Build of the box

Because a two-bottle set with glasses weighs more, the body starts as 1400 g greyboard, above our 1200 g minimum. The board is cut and creased, then wrapped with 157 g textured paper. This combination keeps the box rigid enough for retail display and shipping.

A card slot liner sits inside, glued down. It has slots for the two bottles and two glasses, keeping them separate and upright. The liner is made from card, so it adds little weight but holds the set in place.

Bottle fit

Each bottle is held at four points by the insert. The card slot liner grips the bottle at the neck, shoulder, body, and base, so it does not move during handling. We check this with three simple tests: shake for 10 seconds and there is no movement, tilt 45 degrees and nothing slides, invert the box and nothing releases. The same liner also holds the two wine glasses in their own slots, so they do not touch the bottles. This is our standard insert rule, and it applies to this box as well.

Where it fits

This box suits premium wine brands and holiday promotional campaigns. The double-door opening works well for gift sets that include glasses, and the horse and vine artwork can be swapped for your own design.
