Two-Bottle Red Wine Gift Box with Bag
A two-bottle cardboard wine box with a double-door, flip-top magnetic closure is what you're looking at. It opens to make the unboxing feel deliberate because the front panels swing apart. The exterior is red and the interior black, which gives a classic gift look, and a matching red paper bag comes with it. So wineries, retailers, and corporate gifting buyers get a premium presentation without shifting to wood or leather. The insert matters most to us: custom wine-red EVA foam, cut to hold two bottles so they can't knock into each other in transit.
- Double-door magnetic closure. These front panels open like doors and magnets hold them closed. Because there's no separate lid, you get a cleaner, more premium unboxing feel.
- Custom EVA insert. When you need bottle-specific foam, this wine-red insert is cut to your bottles. It keeps two bottles apart so they can't collide during shipping or on a retail shelf.
- Gold foil and embossing. If you want your logo or brand name raised, we can gold foil stamp and emboss it. That metallic, raised finish reads as more high-end than flat print.
- Matching paper bag. A red paper gift bag is included with the box. So the set is ready for carry-out retail, gifting, or brand promotion without you sourcing another bag.

Customisation
Your bottle size, the facing paper colour and texture, and the insert shape can all be changed. For the logo, choose gold or silver foil stamping, embossing, debossing, or UV varnish print. The bag can be printed to suit the box. We send a blank structural sample and a printed sample before mass production starts.
How the box is built
Because it's made from corrugated cardboard with a white card or art paper facing, the box stays light but rigid enough to protect the bottles. Corrugated board absorbs minor knocks, while the facing paper gives a smooth surface for printing and foil stamping. We don't use recycled greyboard here; the board stock is the same standard across all our wine boxes.
The closure is what holds the structure together. Think of two front panels that meet in the middle and are shut by magnets. The hinge is creased so the doors can open without cracking, and we check that the corners sit at 90 degrees when the box is erected. The magnet position is held to plus or minus 1 mm, so the doors align every time.
Bottle fit and movement checks
Cut for your specific bottle shapes, the EVA foam insert supports each bottle at four points. We never leave the neck or shoulder unsupported, and that's the rule for every insert we make. Before your order ships, we run in-house checks: shake the loaded box for 10 seconds, and no movement is allowed; tilt it 45 degrees, and the bottles shouldn't slide. Turning it upside down must not release the bottles. The insert tolerance is plus or minus 1 mm, which keeps the fit consistent from piece to piece.
Where this box works
Gift sets, holiday promos, retail displays where packaging drives the purchase decision, this box fits those wine brands. And it works for two-bottle corporate gifts, wedding favours, or limited releases too. The red and black scheme suits celebrations, but if your brand leans minimal or you need a plain shipping box, this isn't the right pick. It's a presentation piece, after all, not a freight box. Buyers who want something reusable often move up to our wooden or leather boxes.
Buyer questions
Can the EVA insert be cut for bottle shapes other than standard Bordeaux?
Definitely. Because the insert is custom cut, just send us the bottle dimensions or a sample and we'll cut the foam to hold at four points. There is no unsupported neck or shoulder. We check the fit with a loaded box before shipping it out.
How do you make sure the magnetic doors stay aligned after repeated opening?
The magnet position is held to plus or minus 1 mm and the creases are scored so the doors won't crack when opening. We test the box by opening and closing it during our in-house checks, (that's part of the standard QC), and the corners should stay at 90 degrees when erected.
Is the red colour consistent from the box to the bag?
We depend on Pantone matching for both the facing paper and the bag. Red is one of those colours that's really hard to hold, so a first article is approved and we sample mid-run. The bag uses the same red paper stock as the box facing.
