Customisation
The logo, text, and colors are yours to change. Print or deboss can go on the leather-textured surface. Inside layout, we can adjust it if your bottle shape differs from a standard 750ml. You can also change the wine tool set, or leave it out entirely, since it is just a panel detail. Sending your box dimensions or a bottle sample, plus your reference design and quantity, gets us started in our process.
How it's built
Premium leather-textured material, in orange with black trim, covers the outer surface. The handle is leather. A metal lock closes it. Inside sits a cardboard structure with compartments for two bottles and a panel for the wine tool set, because each piece needs its own place.
What happens after machine printing and lamination is that the box goes together by hand. The base is greyboard at 1200 g minimum, with facing paper at 157 g minimum. Corners are checked at 90 degrees when erected. The magnet position, if used, is plus or minus 1 mm.
Bottle fit and carry
Each bottle gets its own compartment, plus a strap across them to prevent movement, so in addition the neck and shoulder are never left unsupported. The bottle contacts four points. The loaded box gets shaken for 10 seconds, tilted at 45 degrees, then inverted. Bottles cannot move, slide, or release. The leather handle is ergonomic, and carrying the box by hand feels balanced. A metal lock keeps the lid shut when it is picked up.
Where it works
For gift retailers, corporate gifting programs, wineries, and event planners, this box fits that sort of use. Yes, because the interior compartments are built for two standard 750ml bottles, and the strap holds them in that spot. If your bottle is taller or wider at the shoulder, send dimensions and we adjust the insert before production.
Can I change the orange color to something else?
Indeed, it is possible to produce the leather-textured surface in other colors. You can match a Pantone reference for the exterior and black trim to your spec. A first-article approval is what we would recommend next, so that way you actually see the color in person before full run happens, to catch any change.
Are the wine tools included, or do I need to order them separately?
For the left panel as shown, the standard set: a corkscrew, foil cutter, pourer, drip ring. Those wine tools are what is included as standard. To request a different set, or no tools at all, adjusting the interior layout is what we will do with what you said.
